To consume walnuts, you should eat three walnuts daily. For this, soak the walnut pieces in water overnight and chew them on an empty stomach in the morning. When you do this, you will start seeing changes within a month.

  You should drink at least one glass of coconut water daily. If you feel a decrease in grease in your knees, coconut water helps in reducing acidity in the blood, which increases oxygen transport capacity. This will help eliminate swelling and increase the lubrication in your knees.

 Additionally, coconut water contains other elements such as potassium, which is essential for our body. Although we need potassium in small amounts, it is very important for our body.

Sodium and potassium regulate calcium channels, which help in nerve conduction. It also helps maintain blood pressure. You can also drink coconut water if you have low blood pressure or any related problems.

 Next remedy is take 7 leaves of Harshringar, also known as Night Jasmine. This plant is commonly found in India. Its properties include being anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, which can help reduce swelling in your joints, relieve pain, and improve flexibility.

To consume its leaves, you need to take 7 leaves of Harshringar, boil them in 2 glasses water. You will start feeling a reduction in pain in your feet after consuming this for a few days

“Next  is yogurt and raisins. When you prepare yogurt, add 10 to 15 raisins inside. When the yogurt sets in the morning, consume it on an empty stomach. When you consume this combination of yogurt and raisins, it will help in developing the grease in your knees or joints that is decreasing.

Raisins are also an anti-inflammatory product, which can help reduce inflammation in your joints. Therefore, consume this for sure.

Lie straight on a bed or mat, then turn straight.

 After that, you need to perform cycling.

But what will you do at the starting? In the starting, you will perform a movement from one leg, which will help you form a habit.

This is an anti-clockwise movement.

 After a few repetitions of this movement, you will perform the same movement with both legs simultaneously.

Watch it like this while exercising. While moving your legs like this, there should be no pressure on the knees.

 This will help you avoid knee pain.

Lift your leg to 90 degrees and then bring it down halfway.

 Lift it up again and then bring it down completely. What will happen to your knees? The duty pressure will be released.

Then what will happen? The fluid that was low will be maintained.

 This is an anti-clockwise movement.

 Another benefit of doing this is that the fat in your stomach will also decrease.

Perform 10 sets of 3 movements in the morning and evening.

 There is no need to do too much. This much mobility is enough to increase the channel in your knees gradually.

Uses :

Take 7 leaves of harsingar plant.

 

Clean the leaves properly in running water to wash off any extraneous material/ dust etc.

 

Cut the leaves into small pieces.

 

Crush them by whatever way you are comfortable with take 2 glasses of water and put the crushed harsingar leaves in a mixy.

 

Run it properly to dissolve all the crushed leaves so it becomes a juice. Put this crushed juice in a pan and heat it.

 

This 2 glasses of juice heat it to make 2 glass juice mix to one glass.

 

The idea is to leech harshingar leaves properly in the water.

 

Then switch off the stove. Shift it in a glass or continue in the pan.

 

Either way keep an appropriate lid on it to keep all steam into it to ensure the aroma does not go out in the atmosphere and its properties are not lost.

 

Then in the morning warm up this glass/ container to a level that you can drink it properly and drink it without filtering it because otherwise the effect will get reduced.

 

So please take it as full without filtration and drink it.

 

The process initially would be for 15 days.

 

You will find the difference, even in the patients who have very old arthritis.

 

And could not even get up from the cot or the one who is not able to walk properly you will find there is a tremendous difference and you are able to move and walk in a proper manner in due course of time.
