How to Use Saffron

For Health (internal use):

Soak 2–3 strands in warm milk or water, drink daily.

Can be added to tea, kheer, or herbal infusions.

Soak saffron in rose water/milk, apply as face pack.

Mix with sandalwood or aloe vera for glow.

Mix a few strands in warm oil (mustard/coconut).
