  1. Take 2-4 pieces of dried Anjeer or as directed by the physician.

2. Soak them in water overnight in a small bowl.

3. Drain the water from Anjeer in the morning.

4. Eat these soaked figs along with honey on an empty stomach to get good results in constipation

When To Eat :

Idle time to eat is in winter always in morning after dipping it in water overnight.

Best quality is available in Afghanistan due to geopolitical issue it may become difficult to obtain it or even if obtained is likely to be highly expensive and for commercial use it is on a different criteria we are not dealing on it
